To ensure a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming experience for all players, the Immortal Clan: Grandmastery Operations Team has established the following Account Security & Fair Play Policy.
We do not tolerate cheating, abusive behavior, or any actions that disrupt the game environment. We ask all players to follow the rules, respect one another, and help us maintain a fair and healthy community.
Providing a secure and balanced gameplay environment for every Immortal Clan: Grandmastery player remains one of our top priorities.
Accounts found to be involved in any of the violations listed below may be subject to penalties, including but not limited to removal of in-game currency, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination.
I. Beware of Scams — Do Not Use Unauthorized Top-Up Services
Unauthorized top-up services often attract players with misleading discounts, false promises, or fake promotional offers. These are common scam methods used by dishonest third parties. If you encounter suspicious offers, please verify them through official channels immediately.
Please do not trust any non-official information online, including but not limited to fake reward notices, fraudulent event pages, unofficial top-up discounts, unauthorized online or offline events, accelerators, cheats, or plug-ins.
Immortal Clan: Grandmastery does not cooperate with any unofficial top-up channels.
Official Statement:
We would like to formally clarify that, other than the efun game / efun game platform, no third party or company has been authorized to provide top-up services for our game.
Possible Consequences:
Sharing your personal information or account credentials with a third party may put your game account, financial security, and online safety at serious risk. Players involved in unauthorized top-ups or fraudulent refund behavior may also become connected to scam or stolen-payment activities, which could lead to financial loss, legal issues, and damage to personal rights and interests.
Using unauthorized top-up services or engaging in improper refund behavior may result in permanent account suspension, financial loss, blackmail, and other security-related risks.
To protect all players from fraud, we strongly advise against using any unofficial payment channels. If unauthorized top-ups or improper refund activity are confirmed, the related account may be subject to warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination. This applies even if the account has also used official payment methods.
We monitor such activity on a 24/7 basis and will take immediate action against accounts found posting or spreading unauthorized top-up advertisements. If you encounter scam messages such as illegal top-up promotions or gold-selling offers in-game, please take a screenshot and report them to Customer Support. Verified scam accounts will be permanently banned.
II. Buying, Selling, or Sharing Accounts Is Strictly Prohibited
Each game account is recognized as belonging to one rightful owner only. To protect player rights and reduce the risk of fraud or abuse, the buying, selling, sharing, or gifting of accounts is strictly prohibited.
Scammers often target players through account trading and unauthorized top-up schemes. In many cases, these activities lead to stolen accounts, account disputes, or other losses that can seriously affect players.
Risks and Consequences:
Buying, selling, or sharing an account puts its security at serious risk. Sellers may sell the same account to multiple buyers, fail to deliver the account after receiving payment, continue using the account after the transaction, or trade accounts already involved in disputes.
Shared accounts are also more vulnerable to theft, item loss, account damage, and other unexpected issues.
Private account transactions may result in losses for both parties. To avoid these risks, we strongly advise all players not to engage in account trading of any kind. Please protect your account and do not transfer it privately.
Official Statement:
All games on the efun game / efun game platform strictly prohibit private account trading and account sharing. We will not provide support, compensation, or protection for any issues arising from such activities, and we reserve the right to take any necessary action to protect the game environment.
We also recommend linking your account to your mobile number so you can quickly reset your password and reduce the risk of further losses if suspicious activity occurs.
III. Unfair Gameplay Is Strictly Forbidden
Any third-party software that is not officially authorized is considered prohibited software and may involve unauthorized modification of game data. These programs are designed to provide unfair advantages, but they also place your account and personal information at serious risk.
Abnormal gameplay conducted through unauthorized means severely harms game balance and threatens both the in-game environment and account security.
Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:
1. Installing or using third-party software that disrupts the balance of Immortal Clan: Grandmastery
2. Modifying the game client or exploiting vulnerabilities for personal gain
3. Intentionally abusing bugs or exploits repeatedly for unfair profit
4. Registering or logging into large numbers of accounts using the same player, IP address, or device address
5. Artificially inflating prices or transferring virtual items or currency between accounts in abnormal ways, including transactions intended to direct in-game currency toward specific accounts
Our Operations Team is committed to continuously improving the gameplay experience and maintaining a fair, balanced, and healthy game environment. Once unfair gameplay behavior is verified, strict action will be taken.
Penalty Measures:
Accounts found to be engaging in abnormal or unfair gameplay may be subject to penalties including warnings, chat restrictions, suspension, or permanent account termination, depending on the severity of the violation. This applies even if the account has made legitimate purchases through official channels.
In especially serious cases, we reserve the right to pursue legal action.
Official Statement:
We will continue to investigate, collect evidence, and monitor all behavior that negatively affects game fairness. Appropriate action will be taken based on the nature and severity of the violation.
We ask all players to avoid exploitative or abusive behavior, as it may damage both your own experience and that of others, while also causing unnecessary losses. A fair game environment can only be maintained through the joint effort of the entire community.
If you discover suspicious or unfair gameplay behavior, please report it through the in-game support system or contact Customer Support directly.
IV. Zero Tolerance for Harassment and Abuse
We want all players to enjoy Immortal Clan: Grandmastery in a safe and welcoming environment. While competition and disagreement are a natural part of online games, harassment, personal attacks, and abusive behavior have no place in our community.
Bullying, discrimination, obscene language, and insulting behavior are strictly prohibited in all forms of communication within the game.
This policy also applies to character names, guild names, and profile descriptions.
Possible Consequences:
Players who repeatedly post or spread abusive, discriminatory, obscene, or insulting content may be subject to warnings, chat restrictions, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination, depending on the severity of the offense.
Official Statement:
If you encounter another player harassing or insulting you or others, please report it through the in-game support system or contact Customer Support directly. All reports will be reviewed by our moderation team, and appropriate action will be taken after verification.
V. Other Prohibited Behavior
The following behavior is also considered unacceptable, including but not limited to:
1. Impersonating a GM or official staff member
2. Attempting account phishing or credential theft
3. Encouraging or instructing others to violate the rules
4. Posting unofficial announcements or promotional advertisements in chat channels
5. Submitting false reports or intentionally framing other players
6. Deliberately abusing game bugs or exploits
7. Posting advertisements, selling accounts, sending spam, or conducting scams in public chat channels
Official Statement:
We would like to remind all players that official staff will never ask for personal account information in-game under any circumstances. Please remain alert and take proper steps to protect your account. If you encounter suspicious individuals or behavior, please report it to Customer Support immediately.
Please also note that encouraging others to break the rules may result in the same penalties as the direct violation itself.
