Hey everyone! Day 2 introduces a few more complex systems, but the main goal is still optimizing your team comp and rushing your Combat Power (CP). Here’s the TL;DR so you don't brick your account early on.
I. Recommended Team Comps (F2P/Low Spender Friendly)Core Carry: Qin Bing (The Ultimate Flex Pick)If RNG hated you and you didn't pull a top-tier Sword DPS, just build Qin Bing! She's insanely versatile:
As an Off-Tank (Front Row):She has innate lifesteal + damage reduction. She's incredibly beefy and her damage mitigation is super consistent.
Recommended Technique: Mysticstone Mantra (Drops from Heavenly Scroll).
Comp: 1 Zen + Qin Bing + 2 Swords (Back) + 1 Dancer
As Main DPS (Back Row):She provides super stable damage output from the backline and can easily be your main carry.
Recommended Technique: Crimson Nether Sutra (Buy from the Fate Pack).
Comp: Front: 1 Zen + 1 Assassin + 1 Sword + 1 Dancer. Qin Bing carries from the back.
Core Carry: Li Qingsheng (The Backline Nuke)If you pull him, build him. Period. Max out his DPS and watch him melt enemies.
Recommended Technique: Azure Lotus Sword Canon (Fate Pack) or Fiend Execution Writ.
Comp: Front: 1 Zen + Yang An/Qin Bing. Back: Li Qingsheng + 1 Dancer + 1 Sword/Yang An.
Honorable Mention: Yang AnThis dude is a Strategist with all Five Elements. Before your dream team is fully built, he is the ultimate plug-and-play filler for literally any front row or DPS slot. Absolute F2P god, do NOT use him as fodder!
II. Pushing Combat Power (CP) FastDisciple Breakthroughs (Top Priority)Farm the hell out of the Immortal Ruins for Herbs today. Dump them all into the Alchemy House to craft Pills and force-level your core Disciples. This is the biggest CP gap-maker today!
ArtifactsArtifacts give massive stat boosts. World Monsters drop the crafting mats for them. Don't waste your Stamina on random things—prioritize farming these mobs!
Gear & Set BonusesOnce your Disciples hit the Nascent Soul realm, they can equip Tier 2 Gear.
Don't stress over perfect substats yet; rush the Set Bonuses!
Rarity priority is always:
Red > Orange > Purple > Blue.
Meta Techniques to GrabFiend Execution Writ (from Bond Summoning): Slap this on any early-game Fire DPS and watch their damage skyrocket.
Frostfall Sword Canon (Demon Tower Floor 220 pick / Weekly Pack): The absolute best Water technique right now. It deals insane damage, or you can put it on a support for the hard CC (crowd control). Must-have!
Fate UpgradesDon't panic if you pull dupes. Convert them into Souls to upgrade their Fate. Reaching specific Fate nodes unlocks exclusive, game-changing skills.
III. New Game Modes & Traps to AvoidFive Elements TempleThis dungeon heavily restricts you based on Spirit Roots. Try to build "multi-element" Disciples.
For example, our boy Yang An has all five elements, so he can enter EVERY single temple. The ultimate utility unit!
Abyss Beast HordeJust farm the small mobs!
Pro-tip: Spend your Jade to buy the max attack attempts! It is 100% worth it to stack up your Protection Bar.
